Since the inception of Cronus Consultants, the Operations Manager has been supporting the CEO to take crucial decision for the interests of this consultancy which includes implementing and reviewing.

It was like a roller-coaster ride for the Manager to supervise the company and the consultancy at the same time. She directed and administered the overall dispensation of Human Resources services, policies, and programs single-handedly proving she is efficient in multi-tasking.

The main job responsibilities of an Operations Manager change depending on the overall needs of the company or association. She assigns or determines the duties or the job responsibilities to the whole team which is required to meet the need of their workforce management. Being an important part of this organization she initiated some valuable Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that strengthen the quality, empowerment, productivity, goal attainment, recruitment as well as the ongoing development of the superior workforce.
